Skirt Tutorial
Making the skirt is almost the same thing as making the shirt except you have to know where to put the folds!

First step I do is make a new layer under the shirt named Skirt, then draw the outline of the skirt,
I'm going to use sort of a darkish tan color. Then of course, you clean up the lines and fill it in with a lighter tan.

Next you shade any shadows with the next darkest shade. After you have that get the next darkest color and shade the darkest shadows!

Finally, get a shade a couple values lighter than the color of the skirt and highlight! Now the skirt is done! We are going to add some ruffles on the next section! ^^

TIP: When filling in sections like this that are on another layer, its easy to press the eye on the layer that has the base, then go back to the layer you drew the outline on and fill it in (with the all layers option checked on the paint bucket toolbar).
Just make sure you press the eye next to the base layer again so you can see what your doing for the next step. ^_^
